Mt5 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using mt5's services. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the mt5 platform via mt5.click or our mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mt5 as the service provider. mt5 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The mt5 platform is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. Users are fully responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the local laws applicable in their region.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full mt5 service, you are required to register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one active account. Creating multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login details confidential
- Ensuring that no other party accesses or uses your account without your permission
- Notify mt5 immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation
- Keeping your personal information up to date whenever changes occur
Mt5 is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account. All activity carried out through your account is considered to have been performed by you personally.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Users of the mt5 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or operate the platform
- Manipulating, hacking, or attempting to alter the platform's systems in any unauthorised manner
- Placing fraudulent bets or transactions to manipulate bonuses or promotions
- Colluding with other users to exploit system vulnerabilities
- Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, or money laundering
- Posting content that is offensive, threatening, or infringes on the rights of others
Mt5 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules. Proven violations may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and mt5 reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation.
Payment & Transaction Information (MYR)
All financial transactions on the mt5 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, GrabPay, and supported local bank transfers. Minimum deposit amounts and transaction limits may vary depending on the chosen payment method.
Regarding deposits and withdrawals:
- Deposits: Most digital payment methods are processed instantly. Standard bank transfers take between 15 minutes and 3 hours, depending on the processing bank.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1–3 business days once identity verification is complete. mt5 reserves the right to request supporting documents for verification purposes.
- Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals vary depending on the payment method and your account verification level.
- Fees: mt5 does not charge processing fees for standard deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
All transactions are final once confirmed. Users may not cancel bets or transactions that have already been processed. mt5 reserves the right to decline or suspend any transaction suspected of fraud or in violation of our policies.
Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
The mt5 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. mt5 makes no guarantee that the service will be continuously available, error-free, or meet every user's needs. Technical disruptions, system maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control may affect platform availability from time to time.
Mt5 is not responsible for:
- Any financial losses arising from the outcome of a user's bets
- Losses resulting from internet disruptions, device failures, or technical issues on the user's end
- Loss of data or account information resulting from the user's own negligence
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform
Under no circumstances shall mt5's maximum liability to any user exceed the amount of the active deposit held in that user's account at the time the claim is made.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Mt5 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- User provides false or misleading registration information
- User is found to have violated any rules set out in these Terms & Conditions
- Users who are under 18 years of age at the time of registration
- Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months
- Instructions from a relevant authority or regulatory body
- Activity suspected of fraud or money laundering
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, mt5 reserves the right to place a hold on the account balance for the duration of that process. If an account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited. For voluntary closures requested by the user, any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of full verification.

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software on the mt5 platform are the exclusive property of mt5 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from mt5.
Third-Party Links
The mt5 platform may contain links or references to third-party services, including payment providers and game providers. mt5 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Users access such links at their own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Mt5 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be displayed on this page with a clear update date. Users are advised to check this page periodically.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where mt5 operates. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved through channels designated by mt5, including arbitration or the relevant courts.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted to the extent possible to reflect the original intent, while the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
